General Orthopedist Opportunity - Michigan

Bronson Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a BE/BC orthopedic surgeon to join their established practice, part of a multi-hospital healthcare system in southwest Michigan. The practice currently employs 4 surgeons and 5 physician assistants, providing care at the community hospital in Battle Creek. The full-time surgeon will be based in Battle Creek, with clinic and operative duties at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. The practice is expected to be busy shortly after joining.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, CME stipend, malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, generous PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package. The surgeon will share call duties with four other surgeons and work within a collegial, physician-led environment.

The employed position is hospital-based, with privileges at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital, a 228-bed community hospital offering outpatient and inpatient services, including robotic surgery, diagnostics, and rehabilitation. Services include:

• Hip and Knee replacements and revisions, Hip Resurfacing
• Orthopedic trauma, shoulder surgeries, sports medicine
• Robotic-assisted joint replacements

Patients are optimized preoperatively through a dedicated nurse navigator team, with education and individualized post-op therapy as part of the joint replacement program.
