DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in providing exceptional musculoskeletal care to patients in the vibrant city of Indianapolis, IN.

Job Description:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint injuries, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases.
  • Perform surgical procedures, including joint replacements, arthroscopies, and fracture repairs.
  • Manage pre- and post-operative care, including patient education and rehabilitation.
  • Provide non-surgical treatment options, such as physical therapy and pain management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and techniques through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Valid medical license in Indiana State
  • Extensive experience in performing orthopedic surgeries
  • Proficiency in various orthopedic subspecialties (e.g., sports medicine, joint replacements, trauma)
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations
