Orthopedic Surgery opening - Detroit Lakes, MN

Located 47 miles from Fargo

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent
• Employed
• Services include joint replacement, Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, and orthopedic trauma
• Practice includes 2 full-time surgeons and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians based in Detroit Lakes
• Weekly schedule consists of clinic and surgery in Detroit Lakes with outreach to 1 other practice location in Park Rapids and Fosston
• Primary Orthopedic Call is covered by an APC, with surgeons providing secondary call. Primary access to PACS system and EMR from home greatly reduces after-hours time in the facility
• Collaboration with orthopedic teams at Health Group, in Fargo and Duluth
• Robust physical therapy and occupational therapy departments complement orthopedics
• Affiliated hospital employs dedicated/full-time ED and hospitalist physicians
