Seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Surgeon

Join a well-established and growing team within a stable, clinician-led organization. This position involves replacing a recently retired surgeon and supporting the expansion of our services to meet community needs.

Position Details:
  1. Practice areas include Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic Trauma, with one full-time and one casual surgeon, along with four Advanced Practice Clinicians.
  2. An Advanced Practice Clinician handles Primary Orthopedic Calls; surgeons provide secondary calls.
  3. Primary access to PACS system and EMR from home.
  4. Shared call responsibilities with an emphasis on provider wellbeing and work-life balance (1:4 focus).
  5. Enjoy a loyal patient base and a strong referral network.
  6. Collaborate with orthopedic teams at facilities in Fargo, ND, and Duluth, MN.
  7. Supportive environment with robust physical and occupational therapy departments, committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
  8. Affiliated hospital employs dedicated full-time ED and hospitalist physicians.
