Orthopedic Sports Surgery Opening in Detroit Lakes, MN

Position Details:

• Full-time, Permanent
• Shift Rotation: Day/Eve/Night Rotation
• FTE: 1

Practice Specifics:

• Services include joint replacement, Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, and orthopedic trauma
• Practice includes 2 full-time surgeons and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians based in Detroit Lakes
• Weekly schedule consists of clinic and surgery in Detroit Lakes, with outreach to Park Rapids and Fosston
• Primary Orthopedic Call is covered by an Advanced Practice Clinician with surgeons providing secondary call
• Primary access to PACS system and EMR from home reduces after-hours time in the facility
• Collaboration with orthopedic teams at Health Network in Fargo and Duluth
• Robust physical therapy and occupational therapy departments complement orthopedics
• Affiliated hospital employs dedicated full-time ED and hospitalist physicians
