1. Schedule: M - F 8a - 5p
2. Job Setting - Physician owned private practice - multi-specialty orthopaedic practice with Centers of Excellence in spine, upper and lower extremities, and total joint replacement. 90+ providers, 30 clinics operating in GA, AL, TN. Well-known physician owned group serving the community since 1949.
3. Practice owned surgery center, strong infrastructure, excellent use of technology, existing referral sources.
4. Location: Montgomery, AL - a vibrant state capital with a rich history and southern charm. High quality of life, low cost of living, surrounded by parks and outdoor recreation. Easy access to Atlanta, Birmingham, and Gulf Coast beaches.
5. Practice type - Outpatient and Surgical
6. Team size - Currently 6 providers
7. Clinic volume - Anticipate very busy clinic with high patient volume
8. Surgery schedule - Typically 2 days in OR and 3 days in clinic, flexible based on volumes
9. EMR - Athena
10. Call - Shared orthopaedic call with local team
11. Compensation - Revenue-based, productivity-driven, negotiated individually
12. Ownership tract available

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

1. BC/BE Total Joint Orthopaedic Surgeon
2. Fellowship in Total Joint Replacement and Reconstruction
3. Completion of Orthopaedic Residency
4. State Licensure by start date
5. Open to experienced candidates or those completing fellowship in 2025
6. No Visa Sponsorship
