Job summary

Boone Hospital Center is seeking a Night Shift Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, document care, and ensure a safe, healing environment for patients.

Eligible for sign-on bonus and benefits; involves 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shifts with weekend/holiday rotation. Prior CNA experience or nursing program enrollment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a professional or practical nursing program or CNA candidate.
• If in CNA track, must be certified or eligible for certification in Missouri or another state.
• Night shift experience or willingness to work nights is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and monitors vital signs.
• Collects clinical data and reports changes to the RN.
• Documents patient care activities accurately.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are available for patient care.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities.
