Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have or be eligible for one of the listed MA certifications within six months of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow; escort to exam room, obtain vitals, document history, alert providers of changes.
• Assist with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and related procedures per protocol.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms; maintain supplies and inventory; uphold safety and sterilization standards.
• Interact professionally with patients and care team; participate in staff meetings and communicate effectively.
• Perform delegated procedures for the specialty area as directed; other duties as assigned.

Education

CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certification eligible
