Formación

• Customer service experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills for scheduling, documentation, and patient interactions.
• Attention to detail for records, registrations, and chart accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical support including vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, and sample processing.
• Assist providers during procedures and medical care activities.
• Manage patient flow: check-in/out, referrals, insurance verification, and phone management.
• Review medications and assist with refills and prior authorizations.
• Maintain exam/treatment rooms and stock supplies; process payments and non-clinical tasks.
• Coordinate with ancillary services and transport patients as needed.
