Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and vocational/technical training in a designated technical area.
• 0–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or related field; paid experience only.
• Certification: CCMA, RMA, NCMA, or BLS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out patients and schedule tests and procedures.
• Prepare charts, enter charges, and maintain medical records.
• Perform basic patient care and administer medications within certification.
• Communicate with patients, pharmacies, and insurers with service excellence.
• Support clinical and administrative functions to ensure efficient patient care.
