• Current LPN license in the hiring state and maintained.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.
• One or more of the following may be required: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., Six Assessment & Care Modules, or other unit-specific certifications.
• IV Certification within 1 year of hire.
