Sora Resource Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hand for a full-time role in Hobart, IN. You will provide comprehensive care for hand, wrist, forearm and elbow conditions in a tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certification/Eligibility required in Orthopedic Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical and non-surgical care for hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow conditions.
• Clinic patients per day: 30.
• Call Rotation: 1:6.
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries, including tendon repairs, nerve decompression, fracture fixation, and microvascular procedures.
• Evaluate patients with chronic conditions such as arthritis and Dupuytren's contracture.
• Manage acute upper extremity trauma, including revascularization and replantation where applicable.
• Utilize minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joint procedures.

Job Type : Full-time Monday – Friday, flexible work schedule
Location: Hobart, IN

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for conditions affecting the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow
• Clinic patients per day: 30
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries, including tendon repairs, nerve decompression (carpal tunnel), fracture fixation, and microvascular procedures
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for chronic conditions such as arthritis, Dupuytren's contracture, and congenital hand differences
• Manage acute upper extremity trauma, including revascularization and replantation where applicable
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joint procedures

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Demonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapists
