Job summary

• Perform front desk leadership functions at the Camden office, with or without direct supervisory responsibilities.
• Oversee and troubleshoot scheduling and patient service issues; serve as lead trainer for junior staff.
• Support and train teammates to ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
