The Cleveland Clinic Health System in Ohio is seeking an RN Ambulatory Team Lead for Orthopedics in Wadsworth, at the Wadsworth Express and Outpatient Care facility. This on-site leadership role coordinates daily operations, workflows, and caregiver education to deliver patient-first care.

The position combines clinical oversight with administrative duties, supports teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and fosters a welcoming patient experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two years of recent RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in a variety of ambulatory settings.
• Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care.
• Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues.
• Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching and mentoring of assigned caregivers.
• Assist in preparing department specific education.
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience and safety.

Educación

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
