Job summary

AICA Orthopedics in Stone Mountain is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a single clinic within our metro Atlanta network. Base salary ranges $65,000–$75,000 plus a performance bonus, with full-time exempt status and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

This role centers on people leadership, setting clear expectations, managing a clinic budget, and coordinating operations to ensure excellent patient care while supporting career growth for the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinic or medical practice management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of hiring, developing, and holding a clinical team accountable.
• Experience managing to a budget and driving measurable revenue results.
• EMR/PM proficiency; NextGen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and hold accountable every member of your clinic team.
• Set clear expectations, conduct regular reviews, and address performance issues directly.
• Develop your Site Coordinator and front desk staff as future leaders.
• Partner with HR on employee relations and workforce planning.
• Own daily operations — patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and facility.
• Keep clinical, front desk, and support functions coordinated toward shared goals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and AICA standards across all functions.
• Own the clinic budget — revenue, collections, volume, and cost against monthly targets.
• Identify and close revenue gaps; report performance with action plans.
• Set and hold patient experience standards across every function.
• Build a culture where staff own the patient experience, not just their tasks.
