Job summary

AICA Orthopedics is hiring a Practice Manager to lead a single clinic in the Atlanta metro area. Base salary is $65,000–$75,000 plus a performance bonus, with full-time, salary-exempt status and benefits.

This is a people-leadership role focused on hiring, coaching, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant operations. You will own clinic operations, budget, and patient experience at a single-site location with potential growth toward regional management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinic or medical practice management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of hiring, developing, and holding a clinical team accountable.
• Experience managing to a budget and driving measurable revenue results.
• EMR/PM proficiency; NextGen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and hold accountable every member of your clinic team.
• Set clear expectations, conduct regular reviews, and address performance issues directly.
• Develop Site Coordinator and front desk staff as future AICA leaders.
• Partner with HR on employee relations and workforce planning.
• Own daily operations—patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and facility.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and AICA standards across all functions.
• Own the clinic budget—revenue, collections, volume, and cost against targets.
• Identify revenue gaps and report performance with action plans.
• Set and hold patient experience standards across every function.
