Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse Ambulatory for Orthopedics Specialty Care in Kokomo, Indiana. The RN will perform phone triage, patient education, scheduling appointments, care coordination, medication refills and nurse visits as part of the Orthopedic Care team.

The ideal candidate holds an Indiana RN license, has 1–2 years of nursing experience (outpatient preferred) and demonstrates teamwork, compassion and accountability in a fast-paced medical office.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Indiana (NLC) or equivalent.
• One to two years of nursing experience required.
• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing or three years of related nursing experience.
• Previous medical office/outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage and patient education.
