Job summary

NOMS Healthcare in Fremont, Ohio is seeking a qualified X-ray Technician to join our Orthopedics team. You will perform radiology exams, prepare patients, maintain equipment, and collaborate with radiologists and staff to deliver high quality care in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The role requires ARRT certification, CPR, graduating from an accredited X-ray program, and at least two years' experience. You will work on-site, adhere to HIPAA/OSHA, and contribute to patient-centered care while

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification required
• CPR certification required
• Must maintain CE requirements
• Graduate of accredited X-ray program
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology for testing
• Familiarity with PACS and image storage
• Ability to position patients properly and communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiographic procedures and take images per protocol
• Prepare and inject contrast when needed
• Ensure equipment is functional and report malfunctions
• Process and archive images to CD/film and PACS
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies
• Perform QA procedures to meet accreditation requirements
• Coordinate patient information, charts, and charges
• Other duties as assigned
