Job summary

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance in Tennessee is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform satisfactory radiographic procedures in a fast-paced orthopedic setting. You will assist physicians, position patients, and help minimize radiation exposure while maintaining patient safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, ARRT certification, and Tennessee X-ray Operator license, with preference for orthopedic x-ray experience and C-Arm familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certificate or Associate/Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology required.
• State of Tennessee Medical Board X-ray Operators License required.
• ARRT certification preferred or required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform satisfactory radiographic procedures as requested by physicians.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and produce quality radiographs.
• Must be able to lift patients and transport them via wheelchair or stretcher.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Gains patient cooperation by reducing anxieties and explaining exams.
