Job summary
Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our advanced orthopedic and sports medicine team in Annapolis Junction, MD. You’ll support patients through all care stages, from surgery to rehabilitation, ensuring mobility and quality of life for our patients.
You will work within Thrive Pet Healthcare’s nationwide network, leveraging continued education and a strong team-based culture to grow your clinical skills and contribute to exceptional patient
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care).
- CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) Required.
- Advanced skills in venipuncture, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring and nursing care.
- Experience in specialty surgical, emergency, rehabilitation or advanced general practice preferred.
- Strong interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, rehabilitation and mobility-focused care.
- Positive work attitude and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
