Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support our Orthopedic Walk-in Clinic onsite in Hatfield.

We welcome Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for a schedule of five 8-hour shifts, with options for 24, 32, or 40 hours per week. The APP will work autonomously as the sole provider in the Hatfield Clinic while collaborating with the larger Orthopedic team at Amherst.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree Physician Assistant required.
• Experience as a licensed Physician Assistant preferred.
• Licenses and Credentials: Physician Assistant State License - HR Only required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care, counseling, and teaching to a designated patient population in ambulatory and other settings.
• Performs complete histories and physical examinations.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and diagnostic tests.
