Job summary

Rothman Orthopaedics in Marlton, NJ is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) for its Urgent Care. The role involves evaluating and treating orthopedic patients, stabilizing injuries, ordering X-rays and advanced diagnostics, and coordinating follow-up care.

The APP will work three 12-hour shifts per week (8:00 AM - 7:30 PM) on weekdays, with no weekend requirement. NJ licensure and CPR certification are required, along with a minimum of 3 years in ER/UC and 2 years in

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited APP Program.
• Active NJ APP licensure and CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years experience in ER or Urgent Care settings.
• Minimum 2 years experience in orthopaedics.
• Orthopaedic or ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopaedic problems in Urgent Care.
• Stabilize acute/subacute orthopedic injuries/conditions.
• Order/apply splints and braces.
• Instruction to patients and families on treatment & meds.
• Coordinate follow-up and arrange tests/imaging.
• Document encounters and manage prescriptions.
