AAS Healthcare Company is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon (Fellowship-Trained in Orthopedic Trauma) to join a dynamic, multi-specialty team near Houston, Texas. You will provide acute trauma coverage within a collaborative surgicalist model, supporting high-quality patient outcomes and professional growth.

Responsibilities include ED/OR/inpatient trauma care, 30-minute response times, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and leadership of trainees to promote

Formación

• Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery.
• Fellowship-trained in orthopedic trauma.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma care in the Emergency Department, Operating Room, and inpatient settings.
• Maintain response coverage within 30 minutes, ensuring timely and expert care for trauma patients.
• Collaborate with cross-specialty teams including trauma surgery, acute care, anesthesia, and rehabilitation.
• Participate in surgical decision-making, performance improvement, and quality initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise mid-level providers and trainees, fostering education and clinical excellence.
• Contribute to performance, compliance, and protocol initiatives.
