Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our high-performing Orthopedic Trauma Program in San Jose, CA, within a Level II Trauma Center.

The role involves inpatient surgical care, outpatient clinic follow-up, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to contribute to program development and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board certification or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Completion of Orthopedic Surgery Residency with a Fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma.
• Active or eligible California medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert surgical care for orthopedic trauma patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.
• Participate in inpatient rounding, consults, surgical interventions, and postoperative care.
• Conduct follow-up care in the orthopedic trauma clinic.
• Engage in quality improvement and contribute to program development.
