Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing invites a board-certified orthopedic trauma surgeon to join a high-volume trauma service in Richland, United States. You will manage adults with acute fractures and work within a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires on-call coverage, collaboration with ED and subspecialties, and performance of ORIF, arthroscopy, and joint procedures with Epic EMR documentation and adherence to hospital protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical management of orthopedic trauma patients, including acute fracture care and post-operative follow-up.
• Participate in on-call coverage for orthopedic trauma cases on a rotational basis.
• Collaborate with emergency medicine, critical care, and other surgical subspecialties to optimize patient outcomes.
• Perform surgical procedures including open reduction internal fixation (ORIF), external fixation, and arthroscopy as indicated.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in Epic EMR and adhere to hospital protocols and quality metrics.
