Job summary

CONMED is seeking an ambitious Associate Sales Representative to promote our Orthopedic product portfolio, including Hall Surgical powered instruments, MTF biologics, and BioBrace Implant, across a defined geographic territory.

In this role you will assist senior sales professionals, observe OR procedures, respond to customer needs, and help generate new opportunities while meeting assigned goals. Travel ~20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech or related clinical experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel ~20%.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating new sales opportunities and maintain existing business.
• Observe operating room procedures to gain insight into physicians' and OR staff needs.
• Respond quickly to customer needs and collaborate with top sales professionals to develop solutions.
• Meet assigned goals and support the sales team in achieving targets.
