Icon Health is seeking a licensed PA with orthopedic outpatient experience for a hybrid telehealth role. You will conduct initial telehealth visits, order imaging, and refer patients for in-person care when needed, while performing injections 2–3 days weekly.

You will collaborate with physical therapists and physicians to craft personalized treatment plans, engage patients empathetically, and support care navigation. Licensing in NV/TX is preferred and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA with current practice in orthopedics.
• Minimum 5 years as a PA in outpatient orthopedics.
• Ability to engage patients empathetically.
• Willingness to become licensed in NV and TX if not already.
• Experience coordinating with providers and therapists.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial orthopedic telehealth visits including diagnosis, orders for imaging, and referrals for in-person care when appropriate.
• Perform in-office injections 2-3 days per week.
• Build trust with patients through empathy, knowledge, experience, and shared decision making.
• Communicate and collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other Icon clinical team members.
• Create the patient’s personalized treatment plan with your care coordinator and navigate the patient through the journey.
• Participate in Icon product enhancement through feedback on the current technology platform.
