Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physician Assistant with active license(s)
• NCCPA certification or eligibility
• Strong clinical and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Perform initial orthopedic telehealth visits, diagnose, order imaging, and refer to in-person care as needed
• Administer in-office injections 2–3 days per week
• Build trust with patients through empathy and shared decision making
• Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and Icon clinical team
• Create personalized treatment plans with care coordination
• Contribute feedback for product enhancement of the technology platform
