Job summary

Icon Health seeks an experienced Physician Assistant to lead orthopedic telehealth visits and support care navigation. You will diagnose, order imaging, and refer patients for in-person care when appropriate, while also performing injections 2-3 days per week and collaborating with the broader clinical team.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, coordinate with care teams, and contribute to platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a PA practicing in outpatient orthopedics
• Licensed in Florida
• Strong interpersonal and clinician-to-clinician communication

Responsibilities

• Perform initial orthopedic telehealth visits including diagnosis, ordering imaging, and referrals
• Perform in office injections 2-3 days per week
• Build trust with patients through empathy and shared decision making
• Communicate with physical therapists, physicians, and Icon clinical team
• Create personalized treatment plans with care coordinator guidance
• Contribute feedback for product enhancement of the telehealth platform
