Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Eligible for staff privileges at hospitals where orthopedic surgeons work.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy and medical terminology.
• Competency in applying casts and splints and surgical technology.
• Must protect patient confidentiality and medical records.
• Promotes prudent use of supplies.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with patients, physicians and visitors.
