The technician will participate in casting care, fracture reductions, suture removal, and monitoring device fit, while ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of orthopaedic or casting experience.
• Knowledge of casting, splinting, braces, and orthopedic devices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support an assigned physician during daily clinic.
• Prepare patients and exam rooms for evaluation and treatment.
• Assist with in-office orthopedic procedures.
• Promote efficient patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR.
• Maintain casting supplies, equipment, and exam room readiness.
