• Applies and removes casts, splints, and orthopedic appliances with correct fit and comfort.
• Educates patients about procedures and post-care, providing reassurance.
• Demonstrates proper application of braces and splints.
• Demonstrates exercises for injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation.
• Maintains clean, stocked work areas and supports performance improvement initiatives.
• Removes stitches and performs debridement if required.
