Job summary

Children's Wisconsin in Greenfield and Delafield seeks a Pediatric Orthopedic Technician for direct orthopedic care with the care team. Part-time, 20 hours/week, Tue/Wed/Fri; no evenings or weekends. HS diploma or GED required; 1+ year pediatric ortho experience preferred.

BLS, CMA, or ORTHO certification encouraged. Lifting up to 75 lbs and strong interpersonal skills required. Be part of a nationally recognized pediatric health system dedicated to the well-being of children and families.

Qualifications

• 1+ years pediatric orthopedic experience preferred.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct orthopedic care to pediatric patients in clinic.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and prioritize patient needs.
• Assist with casting, braces and use of orthopedic devices as needed.
• Support patient and family education and documentation.
