Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Nurse Aide Training preferred or in process of earning BA in Nursing/Health Sciences with clinical

Responsibilities

• Collect and report patient information and data
• Help patients with activities of daily living including hygiene, diet, fluids, skin care, bathing and dressing, positioning, transfers, mobility and ambulation
• Patient transport
• Collection of specimens
• Distribution of linens and supplies to patient rooms
• Deliver ice and beverages to patients
• Monitor at-risk patients for safety as assigned
