Responsibilities include sterile field preparation, assisting surgeons, instrument handling, and room turnover. CST certification and BLS are preferred, with 2+ years of ortho experience strongly favored.

Qualifications

• 2+ years orthopedic surgery experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instrumentation.
• Assist surgeons during orthopedic procedures by anticipating surgical needs.
• Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and organization of instruments and supplies.
• Perform efficient preoperative and postoperative room setup and turnover.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and accreditation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized operating room before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia staff, and other team members.
• Assist with inventory management and supply restocking.
