• Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and organization of instruments and supplies.
• Perform efficient preoperative and postoperative room setup and turnover.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and accreditation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized operating room before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia staff, and other team members.
• Assist with inventory management and supply restocking.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instrumentation
• Assist surgeons during orthopedic procedures by anticipating surgical needs
• Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and organization of surgical instruments and supplies
• Perform efficient preoperative and postoperative room setup and turnover
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and accreditation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized operating room before, during, and after procedures.

• BLS certification required
