Job summary

Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute is seeking a Physician Assistant to support orthopedic services, including first assisting in total joint procedures and independent patient care in the clinic. The role requires NC licensure and NCCPA certification, with a focus on collaboration with orthopedic surgeons and APP peers.

The position offers full-time hours (40/wk), Monday–Friday, with call rotation and variable OR days. Strong clinical skills and BLS/DEA registrations are expected to start.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program is required.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support orthopedic services and assist with total joint procedures.
• See patients in clinic and assist in the OR.
• Participate in orthopedic call and patient management.
