Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for orthopedic surgery coverage in Buffalo. The role involves first assist in total joint and fracture cases, clinic coverage for 20–25 ortho patients daily, and on-call hospital rounds with occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Active MN license for PA or NP.
• NCCPA certification required at hire.
• BLS certification required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• First assist in OR for total joint replacements and ortho procedures.
• Provide clinic coverage for 20–25 patients per day.
• Cast/splinting and DME application, joint injections.
• Round on patients in hospital mornings; some weekend coverage.
• Collaborate with surgical team and handle administrative duties.
