Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery NP or PA for locum tenens support in Denver, CO. The role covers OR and outpatient clinic shifts with an ASAP start date, following a day shift schedule and credentialing within 90 days.

Practice setting is outpatient with surgery and clinic appointments; BLS, ACLS, DEA, and Colorado license required. MediTech EMR is used and temporary privileges are available.

Qualifications

• Orthopedic NP or PA with locum experience preferred.
• Credentialing within 90 days; temporary privileges available.
• Colorado licensure and board certification required; BLS/ACLS/DEA certifications expected.

Responsibilities

• Cover OR and clinic schedules as described (mon, tue, wed, fri).
• Deliver orthopedic surgery and clinic patient care in outpatient setting.
• Coordinate credentialing and privileges; work with AMN Healthcare team for logistics.

Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday (Operating Room)7a-4p, Tuesday and Wednesday (In clinic) 7:30a-4p and Friday 7:30a-4p (Friday is scheduled based on patient volume)
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Type of cases: Surgery and Clinic Appointments
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days. Temporary privileges are available.
• Electronic Medical Record: MediTech
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Licensure required: Colorado State Medical License
