Job summary

Privia Medical Group’s multi-specialty practice in Walla Walla, WA seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon focusing on shoulder and knee. Role offers autonomy to select clinical support and works with a dedicated orthopedics team at St.

Mary’s Medical Center. Full-time schedule with a 1:5 call rotation, strong community ties, and opportunities for ownership or profit sharing through the Walla Walla Clinic and ASC.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with shoulder & knee focus
• General orthopedic expertise including shoulder arthroscopy/arthroplasty and knee ligament repair/arthroplasty
• Ability to work with autonomy to select lead clinical support (LPN, RN, or MA)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care focusing on shoulder and knee procedures.
• Operate with physician-led autonomy and collaborate with a dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to optimize clinic and surgical flow
• Maintain a balanced lifestyle with a full-time schedule and 1:5 on-call rotation at St. Mary’s Medical Center
