Qualifications

• Completion of the appropriate License or Certification (MD/DO).
• Completion of residency.
• Washington State License.
• Board Certified / Board Eligible.
• DEA & NPI.
• ACLS (maintenance required).
• Current CPR card (maintenance required).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Split duties between outpatient clinic and operating room.
• Document clinical encounters and coordinate with a multi-provider clinic.

Job Description

The Orthopedic Surgeon is responsible for providing care to patients. This includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation. KVH Orthopedics is a multi-provider clinic that employs Orthopedic Surgeon and Physician Assistants. This position is for full-time employment (but could be a flexible FTE) that will be split between the outpatient clinic and the operating room.
