Northwest Permanente, a physician-led Kaiser Permanente medical group in Portland, Oregon, seeks a BC/BE Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in shoulder and elbow surgery to join our integrated Orthopaedics team.

This focused shoulder/elbow practice handles a wide spectrum of complex cases with 1:10 call coverage, strong ancillary support, modern ORs, and established care pathways within a fully integrated EMR system. Leadership opportunities and PSLF eligibility are available.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedics.
• Fellowship training in Shoulder and Elbow surgery.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care in an integrated group practice model.

Responsibilities

• Strictly shoulder and elbow position with general orthopaedic call coverage of 1:10.
• Wide spectrum of complex shoulder and elbow cases.
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary practice environment.
• Leadership opportunities including PSLF eligibility.
