HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BE/BC orthopedic surgeon to join our established orthopedic practice in Effingham, Illinois. The role offers a base salary with productivity bonuses and relocation and loan assistance. Epic EMR and robotics support are available to enhance patient care.

The position features a Monday–Friday clinic schedule with a 7-on-call cadence, visa sponsorship eligibility, and comprehensive benefits. A strong community with access to Chicago and St. Louis amenities awaits.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Illinois license before start.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABOS.
• MD or DO degree or equivalent.
• Ability and willingness to perform shoulder cases.
• Visa sponsorship eligible (H1B & J1).

Responsibilities

• Clinic 4-day work week option.
• 7 days per month of call.
• Effingham EPIC EMR implementation.
• Dedicated RN First Assist in clinic.
• Robotics available for surgical cases.
