Job summary

Spencer Britt is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join a talented NW Indiana team, with a split clinic/OR schedule and robotic access. Emphasis on treating all ages and working within a robust not-for-profit 4-hospital system.

The position features a Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule, 1:6 on-call, and a supportive environment in which EPIC EMR is used across inpatient and outpatient settings, along with opportunities for relocation and professional growth.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon eligible to join Northwest Indiana team.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 8–5 pm with flexibility.
• On-call rotation 1:6.
• Split of clinic and OR; will see all ages.
• Access to robotic assistance and EPIC EMR (inpatient & outpatient).
• Well‑established not-for-profit 4-hospital system; favorable malpractice laws.

Responsibilities

• Split of clinic and operating room duties.
• See 30–35 patients per day in clinic setting, shared with a PA.
• On-call coverage as part of rotation.
• Utilize EPIC EMR in inpatient and outpatient settings; operate with robotic assistance.
