Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a physician to oversee diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries, ensuring patients are prepared for return to work after injury. You will advise on tests to determine injury extent and plan appropriate treatment.

The role requires MD/DO, board certification in interventional pain/PM&R/orthopedics/neurology/sports medicine, and a valid license. Join a team focused on ESG-aligned, high-quality patient care.

• Board certification in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology, or Sports Medicine.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of practice.
• DEA license required.

Job Duties

• Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries.
• Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
• Recommend tests to determine extent of injury and to determine appropriate treatment
• Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s ESG goals
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
• BC/BE in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurology, or Sports Medicine
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state work will be performed
• Favorable malpractice history
• Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• DEA license

• customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Physical/Mental Requirements

Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
