Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to serve as Head Team Physician for Utah Mammoth, with responsibilities across elite sports programs and integrated care for athletes. The role combines clinic, operating room, and on-site leadership at a state-of-the-art Sports Performance Center.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery with CAQ in Sports Medicine and fellowship training, plus substantial leadership experience in professional sports medicine.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery with CAQ in Sports Medicine.
• Fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine with relevant subspecialty.
• Active medical license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead team physician coverage for Utah Mammoth and other elite programs.
• Provide surgical and non-surgical care across clinic and OR settings.
• Drive injury prevention and performance initiatives within the sports medicine program.
