Morlen Health, based in Hillsboro, OR, seeks a Board-Certified or -Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with Adult Reconstruction fellowship training to join a high-volume hip and knee replacement program.

The role is on-site in Hillsboro, OR, 1.0 FTE, four-day work week with one day off. Base salary ranges from $739,000 to $839,800 with a lifestyle stipend and comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with subspecialty fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction to join the Joint Commission Accredited Center for Hip and Knee Replacement in Hillsboro, OR.

This physician will join four experienced fellowship-trained Joint Replacement Surgeons within a larger orthopedic group of 39 surgeons and 26 affiliated clinicians specializing across all fields of Orthopedic Surgery.

The practice is based at a state-of-the-art hospital on the Hillsboro campus, which is one of the highest-volume centres for hip and knee replacement surgery in the Pacific Northwest. The programme provides an integrated environment with established care pathways and fully integrated electronic medical records.

This is an on-site position located in Hillsboro, OR

What You Can Expect:

1.0 FTE

4-day work week with one guaranteed day off each week

Adult reconstruction practice focused on hip and knee replacement

Collaboration with four fellowship-trained Joint Replacement Surgeons

General orthopedic call approximately 1:8

General call does not include spine

Full integration of electronic medical records and established care pathways

Practice within a high-volume hip and knee replacement programme

Collaboration with a larger orthopedic group of surgeons and affiliated clinicians

Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedics

Your Total Rewards:

The annual salary for this position is $793,100-$893,900 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

Base salary range: $739,000-$839,800

Lifestyle Stipend: $54,100 annually
