Job summary

MercyOne Genesis in the Quad Cities is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to join our expanding team. This foundational role offers opportunity to shape a comprehensive sports medicine program with strong referral networks and dedicated OR access.

You will perform advanced arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, and shoulder/knee surgery for athletes and active adults, collaborating with PTs, athletic trainers, and other specialists.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with fellowship trained in Orthopedic Sports Medicine.
• ABOS board certified or board eligible.
• Experience in arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction and sports surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-volume orthopedic sports surgery care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PTs and trainers.
• Help design and grow a premier sports medicine program with community partnerships.
