Job summary

Concentra is seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon to come on site as a 1099 independent contractor for a ~4-hour weekly or biweekly shift. The role is non-traditional, meant to complement existing practice, with compensation based on a revenue-share model.

Responsibilities include on-site management of musculoskeletal work-related injuries and collaboration with medical and therapy teams, along with active case management communications with employers.

Qualifications

• Experience treating work-related injuries preferred.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.

Responsibilities

• Half a day per week or biweekly.
• Flexible scheduling with consideration of private practice.
