Job summary

Concentra is seeking an orthopedic surgeon to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor. The role complements a private practice with a typical 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly at our Concentra location.

The orthopedic surgeon will manage both non-surgical and surgical musculoskeletal care, collaborating with medical and therapy teams, communicating with employers, and actively participating in case management. Revenue share determines compensation per on-site services.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in treating patients with work related injuries
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site

Responsibilities

• Half a day per week or biweekly
• Flexible scheduling with consideration of your private practice
